We are looking for a person that is self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
They must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and keep things organized.
Must have good phone / communication skills, have a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills, and have a friendly disposition.
Ability to use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Social Media experience a must.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Maintain and enter information into databases.
Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, prospects, or supervisors.
Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.
Business / professional attire required when in office.
Possibility of working remote.
