Summary:
The Accounts Payable Manager is part of the accounting department Shared Services Team supporting all entities and locations in various aspects of daily, monthly, and annual accounting functions.
The position will be highly motivated, committed to collaboration, innovation while producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manages the AP team and processes (inventory, non-inventory, expense reports, corporate credit cards) Provide training, direction, guidance, and feedback to help motivate staff and improve productivity Coordinate vendor records and payment records in compliance with policy and legal requirements Manage A/P disbursements (ACH, Check, Wire) Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolutions to issues Own 3-way match discrepancy process in coordination with cross functional leadership in purchasing and warehouse management Assist Shared Services team in month-end close process, in-transit accruals, Intercompany balances Tracks non-inventory purchase orders Oversee annual issuance of 1099's and maintain W9 vendor files Ensure all recurring invoices are entered as part of the month end process and submit accrual recommendations if invoices have not been received and posted Ensure timely posting of invoices for payments Lead, train, coach, and develop your team Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business-related field is required.
7 years of accounts payable experience in the manufacturing industry, including 3 years in a manager or leadership position is required High-volume, fast paced manufacturing experience Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and three-way AP matching Experience with major accounting software packages such as Microsoft Dynamics365 BC or similar accounting platforms is highly desired.
