Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness and safety, and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Previous experience as a Front Dental Office Manager or Dental Office Administrator is required.
Responsibilities Organize office operations and procedures Ensure accurate and timely reporting - End of Month Reports Provide general support to the front desk and wherever needed Respond accurately and efficiently to patient and/or employee complaints Assist with check-in/check-out and insurance verification Skills Proven experience as an Office Manager Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Experience sending claims and following up as needed such as narratives Knowledge processing the EOD, EOM, and ability to apply claim payments independently Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Job Type:
