We are a small, but very busy law firm looking for a competent Receptionist/Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, willing to learn and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be able to work well at our front desk, remaining calm and focused even with frequent interruptions.
Must work well on a team.
Should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Job duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients; General clerical duties Maintaining Paralegal and Attorney's calendar Maintaining and updating client files, scanning, and organizing files for our electronic database Assisting Paralegal and Attorney as needed E-filing of court documents Assisting with projects as needed Processing outgoing mail Job Types:
