Sell and manage all mitigation projects for the company for residential and commercial properties as assigned.
Establish and maintain relationships with restoration clients to include insurance carriers, TPA's, Insurance Adjusters, etc.
Manage all communication with clients and insurance companies.
Create scopes of work and estimates for mitigation jobs, and improve job budgets to achieve and exceed profit margins.
Accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork for all jobs, including but not limited to estimate submittals.
Manage and approve timesheets for all managed personnel.
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage all mitigation subcontractors and adhere to budgets.
Ensure that all jobsites are kept safe, clean, and looking professional.
Ability to be on-call including nights and weekends.
Confirm OSHA safety standards are followed on all jobs.
Confirm strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper PPE requirements.
Develop and implement standardized protocols and procedures for mitigation staff, and the production of mitigation jobs.
Develop strategies on delivering a higher quality of product/service for the Company's clients.
Recruit, Hire, Train, Develop, Mentor, Manage, Develop, and terminate mitigation technicians (levels 1-4), including conducting regular performance reviews and assessing and administering outside training needs.
Work closely with Intake Coordinator on mitigation staff schedules and prioritizing responses.
Responsible for scheduling technicians.
Conduct weekly group training sessions (in-office or field) with mitigation staff, and maintain a calendar of training topics.
Annually review job descriptions for Tech Levels 1-4, along with direct supervisor and HR, and make adjustments as needed to meet company goals.
Responsible for meeting financial and operational goals for the mitigation department.
Manage any and all mitigation technician incentives; i.

Rebuild Work Auth Incentive.
Maintain warehouse in a safe and working order.
Responsible for inventory and restocking of consumables.
Make recommendations for annual capital purchases.
Responsible for/assigning of building routine maintenance items (i.
e.
changing air filters, light bulbs, etc.

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years' experience in construction or related field.
Minimum of two years' related experience emergency residential mitigation as a manager.
Have at certifications of IICRC (W.
T.
R.
, fire and smoke odor, carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, WTR2, 10-hour OSHA, first aid training, tile and grout cleaning).
Able to manage and lead team and run job sites accordingly.
Minimum of IICRC/restoration certifications in water, advanced structural drying and carpet cleaning.

years of related managerial experience.
Preferred Education and Experience Five years' related experience in residential restoration industry.
Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office Suite.
Experience in Xactimate and Symbility.
Experience in Dash.
Proven ability to conduct a house takeoff, assign material quantities, and manage all job cost details.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating construction contracts.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
Understands the basic materials and methods used by trade partners to assure compliance with company construction standard.
Ideal candidate will be personable, professional, detail-oriented and hard-working.
Must be able to drive for this position.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid an appropriate state driver's license prior to employment.
Must be able to pass a background check, driver's license check, and drug test.
Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$60,000/year plus bonus based on experience.
