Temp to Perm Career Opportunity Full Time Hours Immediate Need Looking for a Corporate customer service agent to be placed with a worldwide business that provides customers with a variety of products and services, including life insurance, annuities, retirement-related services, mutual funds, and investment management.
We have different work shifts available and offer a pay rate of $25.
00 per hour/W2.
DUTIES:
Provides quality customer service and support to customers daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
Responds to customer inquiries.
Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
REQUIREMENTS Should have at least 2 years of corporate customer service/financial services experience Able to commute under a hybrid schedule to the Lake Mary, FL Corporate Call Center background experience Job Types:
