Responsibilities:
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
