We are here to help care for the whole person who is struggling with their weight.
We are looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly voice, a caring attitude to everyone, excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Make everyone feel comfortable and accepted.
Take patient vitals.
Assist with patient consultations Assist Medical Receptionist when needed.
Answer incoming calls.
Respond to inquiries from the website.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Followup with patients.
Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
Update patient records as needed.
Process payments.
Provide general administrative support to the medical staff.
