Lilac Health Group owns and manages numerous Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) throughout the state of Florida.
We need someone takes initiative and is ready to jump in and help make our organization even better for our residents and associates.
Qualifications Experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant within a medical setting Self-starter who takes initiative and is self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Discretion and confidentiality Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
