The Customer Service Associate is responsible for meeting sales goals by assisting customers, both in person and over the phone, with floral and gift orders while providing extraordinary customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide superior customer service.
Assist customers in store with floral and product selections.
Accurately complete point of sale transactions.
Answer the phone and direct the customer through the floral buying process with great listening and sales skills.
Maintain inventory, appearance and cleanliness of the sales floor.
Other duties as needed and required.
QUALIFICATIONS Passion for customer service with a desire for perfection.
Previous retail sales experience (1
years).
Floral knowledge is preferred.
Team player with a spirit of kindness and compassion.
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
Basic computer skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS Flexible work schedule including weekend and holiday availability.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
