PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:
Must be within commuting distance of Lake Mary, FL and be required to work hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite and 2-3 days remote) Will be required to go onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm for the first 4-5 weeks of paid training (Training is 100% onsite) Upon completion of the training, each Representative will be assigned an 8-hour shift between 8 am and 8 pm, 5 days a week Monday to Friday (Available shifts are 9 am to 5 pm, 11:
30 am to 8 pm) Applicants must have at least 2-3 years' recent Customer Services, Call Center, Corporate Call Center and/or Financial Services, Banking, Financial Advisory or Investment Management/Investment Services experience.
All applicants must have strong professional communication skills, be able to adapt to different situations quickly and be able to comprehend complex financial or investment information instantly.
Applicants must show a strong desire to either learn about financial services and investments or be eager to advance in their career.
Applicants selected for hire will be required to start in September and should not have any scheduled time off such as vacations for the next 3 months after their start.
