Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar and Word.
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
