We are seeking a part time office administrative support person, approximately 20 -25 hours per month to provide support to the associations president.
Hours are flexible.
You will work hybrid, with some hours in the office and some time at home.
Must be detail-oriented and very organized.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure efficient office operation, and help the president manage calendar and multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Zoom, Doodle - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Provide general office support such as filing, copying, and data entry -Arrange some travel - Some light bookkeeping - Knowledgeable about the use of social media - Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy - Support with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
