Inputs data into a tracking database/system.
Responds to internal inquiries by retrieving or sorting away documents and job jackets.
Print and attach work orders to job jackets.
Transport job jackets to their requested location.
Audit contents of job jackets to ensure items are being used.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Traits/Requirements:
Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Intermediate typing skills (30
wpm).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated and solution oriented.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of clerical or related experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
