Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday 8:
00am-5:
00pm Pay:
$15.
00-$17.
00/hour based on experience Benefits Potential Monthly Production Bonuses Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with Company Match Holiday Pay Supplemental Insurances (Cancer, Critical Illness, Accident, Short Term & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance) What you'll do Compiles and verifies information using standard procedures.
Inputs data into a tracking database/system.
Responds to internal inquiries by retrieving or sorting away documents and job jackets.
Print and attach work orders to job jackets.
Transport job jackets to their requested location.
Audit contents of job jackets to ensure items are being used.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Traits/Requirements:
Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Intermediate typing skills (30
wpm).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated and solution oriented.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of clerical or related experience.
