Sr. Analyst is responsible for managing key business initiatives to positively impact Bill to Cash customer experience metrics. Develop, maintain and execute actionable planning to cross-functional teams and key leadership members aimed at gaining buy in, support, to drive positive customer experience results. Provide
expert
advice and consultation on quality monitoring system initiatives. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst oversees progress, extracts analysis and provides current information and associated recommendations to all affected B2C teams including national partners/vendors. The consultant will also partner other workgroups in maintaining, evaluating, and strategizing the best path forward. This position will require in depth knowledge of Quality Monitoring systems, processes and procedures. The Sr. Analyst must demonstrate personal presence, research rigor and be able to clearly articulate findings and recommendations. Sr. Analyst will proactively identify improvement opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Must possess the ability to make formal presentations and readouts to all levels of
management
as needed. In addition, must use excellent organizational and planning skills to provide full and ongoing support for functions of the Bill to Cash organization. Will utilize these skills with strong customer service focus to support a broad range of operational functions, such as supporting compliance of monitoring systems and customer requests, proactively auditing processes and operations for quality assurance, continuously identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions that reflect the company's overall strategy to our customers, and coaching and training on operational procedures. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage key quality monitoring system initiatives, utilizing project/process management methodologies. Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to drive business change. Develop, maintain, and execute actionable project planning designed to improve system performance. Responsible for administrative tasks for Impact 360 including but not limited to Quality Monitoring and Speech Analytics for all currently wireless B2C and potential for growth in other lines of business. Monitor, track and evaluate system performance and effectiveness and make improvement recommendations as necessary Admin maintenance for Impact 360 and all applications therein. Provide subject matter expertise for Impact 360 and all applications therein. Qualifications
Qualifications: BS/BA Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience required 2 years proven experience and success managing large-scale projects and/or major tasks. Strong project management skills including the ability to motivate and work effectively with reporting and non-reporting staff. Ability to use independent judgment to gather, organize and analyze information, and apply critical thinking and independent thought to make solid recommendations on strategy Excellent interpersonal skills at every level of the organization including senior management Demonstrated ability to work alone and within a team in a fast changing environment with changing priorities and changing time constraints. Strong organization, time management and work prioritization skills with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects. Effective at building strong partnerships, able to influence others, display strong negotiation skills. Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to lead individuals and teams. Expert problem-solving and negotiation skills. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, including the ability to create and present professional presentations. Proficiency in desktop applications, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and presentation software. Proficient in Witness/Impact 360 Database experience preferred.
