Basic job description:
Order Management encompasses the administration of Order Management programs and can include technically trained individuals working directly with internal and external customers. It also consists of the development and implementation of proactive programs responsive to customer requirements and includes the co-ordination of investigations of complaints and assisting to achieve equitable solutions.
Under guidance of supervisor or more experienced staff, provide administrative support for a variety of proposal activities. Recommend measures to achieve operating efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Typical duties/responsibilities for business development may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Order entry functions, technical support of PPMV products, resolve routine problems and provide information for resolving complex problems to more experienced staff. Manage customer's requests for information in post order matters. Duties may require domestic or international travel.
In addition to the above, the task of managing OEM orders as the main point of contact for scheduling updates and RMR order updates. Work closely with Customer Service Technical team on customer issues and be the main voice back to the customer on how issues were resolved. Ensure CCRP's are entered on all customer issues and a resolution is has been given in a timely manner. Work closely with Marketing to ensure both the customer and business goals are met.
Complexity of tasks:
Requires basic knowledge of the organization's products, understanding of basic drawings and related documents, SAP, Spine, Power Help, DMS databases. Interfacing with other groups requires ability to communicate effectively. Work is closely monitored to ensure quality. Attend meetings to exchange information and analyze customer's requirements.
Typical qualifications:
HS diploma and 3 - 5 years of experience.
Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
