The Client Services Account Manager is the main point of contact for our clients, and plays a key role in providing support to our clients on Paylocity's Payroll and HR products and services. On a daily basis you are communicating with our clients via phone and email, helping them with both technical and non-technical issues. You will work as part of a team, and in the role interact with other departments to provide a seamless service experience to our clients.
While you absolutely need computer skills, and ability to troubleshoot and perform basic computational math, this role is a great starting point for your Paylocity career! This role is ideal for recent college grads, and those from the hospitality, retail or other service-based industries, or those from other payroll service bureaus with a strong history of excellent performance. We provide 9 paid weeks of solid training to gain industry and Paylocity-specific knowledge on our products and services.
Performance Objectives:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide thorough, accurate and ethical customer support to our clients
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and walk clients through our products to provide solutions to our clients
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Master our web-based products and software applications while working on multiple monitors and applications simultaneously
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Respond to up to 50 calls and emails daily while consistently providing quality service, accurate answers, solutions, and follow-through
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assist with special projects as assigned
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work overtime as needed, especially during year-end (October - February)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ A passion for excellent customer service and desire to do important work in an environment of change
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical in this role as you will be communicating both by phone and email daily
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Organization, self-motivation and self-management skills are absolute essentials in our fast-paced environment
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Mathematical aptitude as well as an ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively are a must
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Computer skills, including Windows and MS Office programs required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience in a client/customer facing role within a service industry (service bureau, hospitality, retail, etc.) or commensurate experiences very helpful
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ High School/GED diploma required. College degree a plus!

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
