Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
1. You would be contacting Medical Centers to evaluate with key decision makers if they have a need for the medical coding services.
2. Tracking and notating if there is a possible future need. If so write up summary to send to inside sales team.
3. If decided upon there is a need for an agent within 30 days you would send over contracts and finalize placements.
4. If need is 30 days out then you would be setting appointments for future opportunities.
Your work will enable the company to make money by placing medical coding agents in medical facilities.
Requirements and
Qualifications: You will be a tenacious business professional that has consultative listening skills but able to control the conversation, is growth oriented, driven and comfortable working a high energy, fast paced environment. You will have a minimum of 1 year outbound calling with proven success in a sales role preferably in medical or retail. You will have demonstrated strong writing and computer skills and excellent phone etiquette.
