Network Administrator
Education: Bachelor's or Technical degree in IT or related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT required.
o Experience in server and PC hardware, building, and software installation required.
o Experience in Microsoft Active Directory system required.
o Experience with Cisco switches installation, configuration, and maintenance required.
o Experience in Database Administration of multiple databases and types of required.
o Experience with the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of VoIP (Call Manager and Voicemail systems preferred).
o Experience with Enterprise network backup solutions, installation, configuration, and maintenance required certificates and Licenses Preferred: Microsoft MSITP Certification, Cisco CCNA
Knowledge and Abilities:
o Expert with installation and configuration of current versions of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco switches, firewalls, Linux OS and Cisco command line Interface (CLI) programming.
o Expert with VMware or Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager.
o Expert in the installation, configurations and management of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
o Proficient SAN storage systems management.
o Proficient with network configuration/operation, network security, resource control/management, and project management.
o Proficient with Information Technology programs and practices.
o Proficient with telephone systems. (Nortel)
o Proficient with VLAN configurations and operations.
o Proficient with GFI (or equivalent) and Events Manager.
o Proficient with content filtering systems.
o Proficient with Symantec Corporate Antivirus or equivalent systems.
o Ability to maintain network and servers in multiple locations.

Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides setup and maintenance of the LAN, MAN, and WAN, the physical and logical servers and server software, and the telephone and related systems. (50%)
Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to the design of network architecture, integration, and installation.
Monitors and maintains network bandwidth use and stability.
Performs Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
Implements and monitors network security and firewalls to maintain a controlled and secure network environment.
Optimizes and maintains network software and hardware, configuring new components in a controlled environment, implementing preventive maintenance plans, monitoring and documenting network configuration changes.
Maintains accurate and current records to ensure system integrity.
Installs, configures and maintains local area network hardware and software, including physical and virtual servers, Storage Area Network (SAN), routers, switches, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, wiring and all telecom and Voicemail components.
Installs new servers, switches, and systems as they are purchased.
Manages, performs, monitors, and maintains infrastructure backup, routine data retrieval, and network disaster recovery to ensure systems can recover from a disaster.
Manages the telephone system and related servers and implements approved changes for all telephone system servers and all telephones and Voicemail accounts in MTI/NSFH. Familiarity with Nortel System, and patch panel work.
Researches and develops all plans so as to minimize impact to network end users.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
