Summary of Position: The Customer Service Associate will be based in Lake Mary, FL. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Processing UPS packages
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers.
Above average computer skills
Operate mail, copy or fax equipment
Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands.
Shipping & Receiving.
Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper up to 50 lbs.
Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages.
Maintain copier equipment (daily key-ops)/ place service calls for more than basic jams.
Stock work areas with supplies & paper, daily.
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
Take direction from manager.
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.
Adhere to all safety procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Data entry experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED required
Customer service experience required
Proficiency in MS Office required
Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations
Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
