Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
Creation and maintenance of Excel reports for company projects
Providing administrative support for client services
Generation of Client Stewardship Reports, communicating project status
General office and clerical functions, such as filing
Requirements and Qualifications: Candidate must have 1-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant. Experience in the Insurance field is a plus, but not required.
Candidate must have excellent computer skills, particularly Excel - they will be executing V look up, pivot tables, match, conditional formatting, formulas, auto subtotal, etc.
Must also know other MS Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must have excellent professional communication skills, written and oral, phone etiquette, professional speaking ability, grammar and spelling.
Candidate must exhibit exceptional office etiquette, get along with others, be positive and supportive, understand place on team and act appropriately and professionally at all times, especially regarding personal phone, music and dress.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
