Performs moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for a manager and mortgage department.
Duties include:
compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software; balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts; assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping; assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers; answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.
May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.
May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals.
May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget.
Performing special projects as requested.
2+ years administrative support experience.
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior administrative experience supporting multiple large sites/group.
- Must be detail oriented and very organized.
- Strong communication/relationship skills.
- Ability to be self directed and work with minimal supervision.
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
-Recent administrative experience supporting multiple/large sites- Familiarity with HR PeopleSoft applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
