Marketing Manager

Fonon Technologies is Laser Equipment manufacturer and R&D Center, and operates across the global marketplace delivering turnkey laser equipment for commercial and government customers, as well as 3D laser metal printing equipment.
Fonon Technologies is looking for Marketing Manager to actively promote it expanding product range of industrial lasers and additive manufacturing equipment.
The Product Marketing Manager will develop product definition and competitive analysis of Fonon goods and services. This position will be responsible for our Fonon branded complete systems that are targeted at industrial applications. This is an excellent marketing leadership opportunity in an expanding market.
Optimize product definition around both Fonon products and services.
Form strategic product marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, and business planning.
Expand channel development and conduct marketing activities designed to achieve a specific product position in the market.
Analyze product requirements and emerging technology trends.
Develop materials for press release, exhibits and customer presentations and sales.
Construct customer value propositions, working as a cross-functional team with both sales and manufacturing.
Define functional specifications; price, value packages and cost targets.
Manage product launches in specific channels or regional markets.

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and
Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Engineering, MBA strongly preferred, plus 5-7 years of experience in product marketing and product management.
Strong written, communication and presentation skills are required.
Must have strong market research experience in the areas of competitive analysis and feature/benefit analysis.
Experience managing the full product lifecycle (prototypes, documentation, research, etc) with heavy interdepartmental communication (engineering, manufacturing, management, sales/marketing, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise at building channels, channel partners and launching new products into competitive markets. Primary experience should be a consumer end product sold through B-2-B channels (e.g., building products, electrical distribution, and home improvement products).
Experience in product design, engineering and applications strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in product marketing strategy required.
Must be able to obtain passport and travel nationally and internationally as required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
