Senior Demand Generation Manager
We are currently seeking a Seasoned Manager/Director level professional to lead our Demand Generation Team. The Demand Generation team specializes in CPL and webinar registration offers in the financial education sector and fuels the core components of our business. This person should be an innovative leader who tackles problems and issues head on. They should always have a positive attitude and be a source of motivation for the team. While the position is highly managerial/strategical, the right candidate will dive into the current processes and find new ways to grow or affect the bottom line. The company is incredibly growth oriented so staying status quo is not an option. This position is highly visible to all levels of employees and executives in the company so the right candidate should be well spoken and able to easily explain the successes and roadblocks that are going on to give needed transparency and confidence.
Responsibilities
? Lead the global Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams of advertisers and marketing professionals.
? Define the global strategy, planning and execution of integrated marketing programs to attract, engage and convert leads to webinar attendance.
? Manage annual/quarterly/monthly demand generation programs budget through coordination with Sales and Marketing Directors
? Drive strategies around segmentation and targeting to align growing portfolio of offerings with target personas and budgets
? Develop and execute worldwide marketing campaigns to achieve market awareness, sales pipeline development and sales readiness for enterprise software solutions. Elements of the plan include: webinars, marketing events, website content, collateral strategy, content syndication, and advertising.
? Impart marketing automation expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead scoring, sales enablement and lead management
? Improve funnel stages (MQL, SQL) through strong utilization of tools, processes and training
? Ensure that people, process and tools are optimally aligned and integrated to achieve superior results, and provide visibility and insights on results to executive team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Extensive experience with salesforce.com, Exact Target, and other marketing automation systems
? Extensive/expert level experience with email marketing and deliverability.
? Experience marketing large scale online events (webinars)
? Extremely metrics and results-driven.
? Strong process-orientation and problem solving skills
? Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
? Extremely proactive and analytical mindset, with a bias towards execution
? Strong passion to succeed, and desire to have fun in the process
