Directly assists customers as well as internal sales team either by telephone or electronically, responds promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, process orders, forms, applications and requests, manage customers' accounts, keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Must have great listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, data collection and ordering skills, customer service orientation, adaptability, initiative, and stress tolerance!
