Customer Service/Sales

We are currently looking for several people to work at a large call center in the Lake Mary area. This position pays $9 an hour, with an opportunity for weekly bonuses. The average person is currently making $13 an hour with bonuses. There will be 2 shifts: morning and evening and all candidates must be flexible. The position will be 32 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
o Assists District Market Coordinator in an assigned office to ensure all requests for appointments are met which includes scheduling of appointments and confirmation of pre-set appointments
o Applies learning in day-to-day work as an Appointment Specialist
o Makes all calls with the mindset that they are in part responsible for the customer's first impression of the company. Responds in an enthusiastic, courteous, friendly and caring manner while selling the appointment to maximize lead to appointment conversion
o Schedules appointments for assigned office allowing sufficient time between appointments for the sales presentation and travel times
o Protects the company's investment by maximizing the conversion of leads to appointments
o Completes all assigned responsibilities within standards established for SIT percent (the number of appointments that get a presentation), PNG (No good rates (conversion of leads to appointments) and productivity percentages
o Dispositions all leads according to established guile lines (i.e., Primes, Plus, Run-bys, etc.)
o Manages lead banks to maximize their performance by the organized working and proper disposition of leads by established guidelines within Appointment Center SOP
o Serves as a liaison between sales force and Sears's customer
o Satisfies each customer with the highest level of service and communicated daily with management anything that may limit our ability to do so
o Serves as a floater to assist in any market assigned
o Maintains good working relationship with marketing team members and sales force
o Performs other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED required
Skill/Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
1. Basic computer skills
2. Ability to handle customer concerns and demonstrate initiative in resolving in a timely manner
3. Ability to effectively manage time, establish priorities and handle multiple tasks
4. Ability to be self-motivated and focused, with the ability to work under pressure as a team member within a large group
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work a varied work schedule to meet the needs of the department
7. Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude at all times, and to handle each customer (both internal and external) in a polite, professional manner
8. Ability to read a map
General Work Requirements:
1. Provide appointments to the sales force within their aEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
