Immediate need for Customer Service/Appointment Specialist seeking the opportunity to work for a well known organization.
In this Customer Service/Appointment Specialist to ensure all requests for appointments are met which includes scheduling of appointments and confirmation of pre-set appointments.
This Customer Service/Appointment Specialist role will be held accountable to protect the company's investment by maximizing the conversion of leads to appointments.
You will be serving as a liaison between the sales force and the customer.
For this position as a Customer Service/Appointment Specialist you must have the ability to handle customer concerns and demonstrate initiative in resolving in a timely manner.
For this position as a Customer Service/Appointment Specialist you must be able to work a 2nd shift as well as some weekend work.
Must be ok with sales and customer service as some upselling will be included in this position as a Customer Service/Appointment Specialist.
